Dr Thomas W. Shinder posiada tytuły MCSE, MCP + I oraz MCT. Pracował jako trener i konsultant w firmie Dallas-Ft. Worth metro area. Pomagał w tworzeniu i wdrażaniu strategii opartych na protokołach komunikacji IP dla dużych firm, takich jak Xerox, Lucent i FINA.
