Od 7 lat zajmuje się różnymi aspektami technologii .NET, głównie w zakresie projektowania interfejsów dla aplikacji internetowych i Smart Client. Obecnie specjalizuje się w budowie rozwiązań opartych na Windows Presentation Framework (WPF). Przygodę z WPF rozpoczął od projektu CME for TSRI – jednej z pierwszych wdrożonych aplikacji WPF. Ostatnio został zdobywcą pierwszej nagrody w prestiżowym konkursie "Lab49 WPF in Finance Innovation Contest". Członek ciała doradczego patterns & practices Composite Application Guidance for WPF oraz jeden z liderów i częsty prelegent Krakowskiej Grupy Deweloperów .NET. Organizator konferencji CodeCamp w Krakowie.

Paula Januszkiewicz is the IT Security Auditor, Enterprise Security MVP, trainer (MCT), Microsoft Security Trusted Advisor and MCT Europe Polish Lead. She is also a speaker on many international conferences (incl. Tech Ed worldwide) and writes articles on Windows Security. The trainings and workshops she conducts usually cover Security, Virtualization and Windows system topics. Paula is passionate about sharing her knowledge with others. She conducted many IT security audits and penetration tests and drives her own company CQURE. Paula is the leader of Women in Technology community group in Poland, she organizes also Warsaw Girl Geek Dinners. Wroclaw University of Technology graduate, for over 10 years he has been working on operating systems. That is also his hobby. For 6 years the main area of interest has been focused on technologies related to Windows Server and other technological aspects related to identity and access management, information systems and the Internet. Since 2005 he has been working as a consultant in Microsoft Consulting Services (MCS), focusing on issues and projects related to identity and access management (ID&AM) and directory services.
